Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Meta & Google Ads Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

The candidate must be analytical, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)
• Develop strategies to increase leads, conversions, website traffic, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting.
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and paid media buying.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Proficiency in:
• Meta Business Manager
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively.
