Google Ads Specialist / Performance Marketer

We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist / Performance Marketer to join our growing team at Socio Sensei. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, with working knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO basics, and website/landing page fundamentals. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROAS, and scaling performance campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)

-Manage and optimize conversion-focused campaigns for lead generation and sales

-Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

-Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing

-Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns as support channels

-Work closely with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

-Analyze data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations

-Ensure proper conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager setup

-Coordinate with web team for landing page optimization

-Apply SEO basics while planning paid strategies (keywords, intent, content relevance)

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (mandatory)

Proven experience in performance marketing / paid media

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Basic understanding of SEO concepts and keyword intent

Knowledge of website structure, landing pages, and CRO

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently

Good to Have

Agency experience

Experience handling real estate, service-based, or lead-gen campaigns

Understanding of funnel-based marketing

Basic knowledge of HTML/CMS (WordPress preferred)
