We are seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI.

Required_Skills

• - 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
• - Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution models.
• - Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and remarketing strategies.
• - Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
• - Experience handling lead generation campaigns.

Key_Responsibilities

• - Plan and manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
• - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• - Optimize bidding strategies (CPC, CPA, ROAS) for maximum performance.
• - Set up and manage conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, call tracking).
• - Improve Quality Score, CTR, and landing page performance.
• - Perform A/B testing of ads, extensions, and landing pages.
• - Monitor budgets and reduce cost per acquisition.
• - Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
