Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Google AdSense Specialist to join our IT Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and monetizing the institute’s digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and YouTube channels, through Google AdSense. The role focuses on maximizing advertising revenue, ensuring policy compliance, and enhancing user experience while supporting the institute’s digital growth and online training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google AdSense accounts to maximize revenue and performance.
• Implement effective ad placement strategies across websites, blogs, and learning portals.
• Monitor ad performance, impressions, CTR, and RPM using analytics tools.
• Ensure compliance with Google AdSense policies to prevent account suspension or penalties.
• Conduct keyword research and collaborate with SEO teams to increase organic traffic.
• Analyze website performance and recommend improvements for better monetization.
• Optimize content layout to enhance user experience and ad visibility.
• Support monetization of YouTube channels integrated with AdSense.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google AdSense and digital advertising.
• Implement strategies to boost traffic and improve revenue generation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Google AdSense accounts and website monetization.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and online advertising strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
