Google and meta ad intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Google & Meta Ads Intern to join our performance marketing team on-site in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. This is a full-time opportunity for someone eager to move beyond theory and dive into the practical execution of high-impact digital advertising campaigns.

You will work directly with our senior strategists to manage and optimize paid media budgets, learn the nuances of audience targeting, and master the technical side of modern advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up and launching Search, Display, and Video campaigns on Google Ads, as well as Lead Gen and Conversion campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics and assist in adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
• Creative Support: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ad copies and visual hooks that resonate with specific target audiences.
• A/B Testing: Learn to run split tests on headlines, descriptions, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
• Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and help compile weekly performance reports for clients.
• Technical Setup: Gain hands-on experience with pixel installation, conversion tracking, and GA4 integration.

• Communication: Good command of written English for crafting ad copies and professional internal communication.
• Tools (Plus): Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or basic Excel/Google Sheets is a plus but not mandatory.
• Commitment: Ability to work full-time (on-site) at our office near Giga Mall.
