We require an experienced, results-driven Freelance Marketing Specialist to optimize our online local presence and digital advertising efforts to capture both high-value commercial leads and consistent residential inquiries.
The Role: Digital Growth Specialist
You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and reporting on all organic and paid search initiatives to drive qualified leads to both our construction and scaffolding divisions. You must understand how to market services across a hybrid audience (Developers vs. Homeowners).
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization (Local SEO)

Fully audit and optimize the current ABS Development Google Business Profile, ensuring maximum visibility for
"scaffolding near me"
and general local searches.

Develop and execute a
consistent GBP posting schedule
(3-4 posts/week), alternating content between B2B compliance/projects and B2C before/after results.

Strategize and manage the
review solicitation and response process
to leverage social proof for both audiences.

Service Categories
are accurately mapped to maximize exposure in London.
2. Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Perform comprehensive
keyword research
targeting both high-value commercial terms (

) and high-intent residential terms (
"House Extension Specialists London"
).

Provide actionable recommendations for website content structure, including meta data, headings, and internal linking across the commercial and residential service pages.

3. Google Ads Management (PPC)

Create, manage, and optimize highly targeted Google Ads campaigns with distinct budget allocation for B2B and B2C segments.

B2B Campaign Focus:
Keywords targeting high-value commercial leads (e.g., "Tender Submissions," "Integrated Scaffolding Solutions"). Focus on conversion actions like 'Request a Tender Invitation.'

B2C Campaign Focus:
Keywords targeting local service intent (e.g., "Loft Conversion Quotes," "Home Renovations near me"). Focus on conversion actions like 'Request a Quote.'

Develop compelling ad copy and landing page strategies to maximize Quality Score and ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
