Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical SEO & Ads Expert with 3-4 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing, implementing, and managing successful paid advertising campaigns and comprehensive SEO strategies.
This is a critical role for our agency, requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving qualified traffic, optimizing for conversions, and delivering a strong return on investment (ROI) for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Ad Campaign Management (PPC):
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, managing budgets, bids, and A/B testing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct website audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform keyword research to guide content strategies.
- Implement on-page optimizations (meta tags, content, schema, internal linking) and manage off-page strategies (e.g., link building).
- Optimize for local SEO, including Google Business Profile management.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Act as the primary analytical thinker for all search and ad-related data.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, organic rankings, traffic) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-specific ad managers.
- Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to clients and the internal team.
- Strategy & Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital advertising.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing SEO and PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven Track Record: A portfolio or case studies demonstrating a proven ability to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- SEO Tools: Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Certifications: Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
