Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Expert with strong experience in B2B lead generation and SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms while also enhancing organic visibility through SEO best practices. This role requires a blend of paid ads expertise, analytical skills, and an understanding of search engine optimization to drive high-quality leads and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Ads (Google & Meta):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B-focused paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Develop audience-targeting strategies for lead generation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Create compelling ad copies, creatives direction, and landing page recommendations.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to maximize ROAS, CPL, and lead quality.
  • Set up and manage Pixel, GTM, Conversion Tracking, and event tracking.

SEO Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and on-page SEO elements.
  • Work on improving organic rankings, visibility, and website authority.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate on content planning aligned with SEO and lead-generation goals.

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend improvements for campaign performance, SEO strategy, and website conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / SEO certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads (bonus).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization.
  • Background in SaaS, IT services, or B2B industries is an advantage.
