Google & Meta Ads Expert

We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing
• Plan and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Write high-converting ad copy and campaign creatives
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
• Set up conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Manage advertising budgets effectively and scale winning campaigns
• Perform A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of PPC strategies and conversion optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
• Ability to generate leads, sales, and measurable business growth
• Good understanding of landing page performance and user behavior
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with local lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Experience managing campaigns for service-based businesses
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools
