Now, we’re looking for a Google Paid Ads & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist having 7+ year of experience to take our online presence and client campaigns to the next level.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a performance-driven Google Paid Ads & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll own end-to-end campaign execution, improve lead quality, and drive measurable growth through testing, targeting, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (as applicable).
Create and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads, Retargeting).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to shape campaign strategy.
Write/coordinate ad copy and creative briefs; ensure messaging aligns with brand and offers.
Optimize campaign performance daily/weekly: bidding, budgets, audiences, placements, creatives, and landing pages.
Set up and maintain tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, conversions, and events.
Build performance reports and insights (weekly/monthly) with clear recommendations and next steps.
Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and lead forms to improve CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS.
Collaborate with sales/CRM teams to improve lead quality, pipeline attribution, and follow-up performance.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and data privacy best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads with proven results.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers.
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools: GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Insight Tag.
Ability to create structured campaign builds (naming conventions, segmentation, testing plans).
Solid reporting and communication skills—can translate data into actions.
Comfortable working with landing pages/CRO basics (forms, UX, messaging, speed)..
