We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google & Social Media Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must be Meta Certified, have 5+ years of hands-on experience, and a strong understanding of all major online advertising platforms, AI-driven marketing tools, and website integration. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- Graphic Designing
- LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions and ROI using A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to enhance campaign performance and reporting.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track KPIs, analyze data, and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure spend aligns with business goals.
- Handle basic website tasks related to tracking (pixels, tags), landing page optimization, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and AI.
Requirements:
- Meta Blueprint Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media strategy and execution.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong knowledge of online advertising strategies, SEO/SEM basics, and digital funnels.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ad automation, performance analytics tools).
- Hands-on experience working with websites (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.) and tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and tracking pixels.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
