Support the implementation of
governance and compliance frameworks
across all company activities, ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, and contribute to the
Board of Directors and Committees Secretariat
functions. The role aims to enhance the integrity of institutional decision-making and the effectiveness of corporate governance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to the development, review, and update of the company’s
governance frameworks, policies, and internal regulations
, and monitor their effective implementation.

Monitor the company’s compliance with applicable
laws, regulations, and regulatory directives
issued by relevant authorities.

Prepare periodic
compliance reports
and submit them to the concerned management, including identifying regulatory risks and non-compliance observations.

Coordinate with
regulatory and supervisory authorities
, and prepare official correspondence and responses as required.

Support the duties of the
Board of Directors and Committees Secretary
, including:

Assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.

Following up on Board and Committee resolutions and monitoring their implementation.

Organizing, maintaining, and archiving Board and Committee documents in accordance with approved governance frameworks.

Contribute to periodic
governance and compliance assessments
and propose necessary improvements.

Monitor updates to relevant laws and regulations and prepare
analytical summaries
outlining their impact on the company’s operations.

Perform any other related duties assigned within the scope of
governance, compliance, and board secretariat functions

Educational Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration
, or a related field.

Professional courses or certifications in
Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management
are preferred.
Professional Experience
-
A minimum of
2–5 years of relevant experience
in governance, compliance, legal affairs, or board/committee secretariat functions.

Prior experience in
investment, real estate companies
, or entities subject to regulatory supervision is preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
corporate governance frameworks
and related best practices.

Good understanding of
local laws and regulations
relevant to the company’s activities.

High proficiency in
professional drafting

Boards of Directors and Committees
