Job Summary:
The role is focusing on overseeing the management, support, and continuous improvement of governance-related IT applications.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage the operation, maintenance, and performance of governance applications.

Implement system updates, patches, and new features to maintain compliance with regulations.

Monitor application performance and resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted functionality.

Ensure governance applications support compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and industry-specific standards.

Collaborate with compliance, risk, and audit teams to address governance requirements through application functionalities.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of governance applications to ensure alignment with governance frameworks.

Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Oversee the integration of governance applications with other enterprise systems, such as ERP or core banking platforms.

Work with stakeholders to customize applications to meet governance needs.

Act as the liaison between governance-related business units (e.g., risk, compliance, audit) and the IT department.

Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders to enhance application functionality.

Provide regular updates and expert advice to senior management on governance application strategies and solutions.

Serve as the escalation point for critical issues affecting governance applications.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
