About the Role:
We are hiring a Governance Officer to provide professional secretariat support to our boards and committees in Jazan. You will ensure smooth meeting execution, accurate documentation, and effective follow-up to uphold strong organizational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for board and committee meetings (scheduling, setup, invitations).
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting packs, and presentations.
  • Attend meetings, take precise minutes, and record actions/decisions.
  • Maintain official records, archives, and document libraries.
  • Track and report on action items and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
  • Prepare meeting summaries and reports for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a board/committee secretariat or corporate governance role.
  • Exceptional minute-taking and report-writing skills.
  • Highly organized with strong document management ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Professional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage tight deadlines.
  • Certification in corporate governance (e.g., CAP) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼10.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jizan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
