Hiring – Government Authorities & Projects Approval Coordinator (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently hiring a qualified candidate for a Government Authorities Registration and Projects Approval Follow-Up role. If you have hands-on experience dealing with UAE authorities such as Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and Trakhees, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contracting company in Dubai.

Authorities Registration & Project Approval Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Handling registration and renewal processes with DM, DCD, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities

• Coordinating for drawings and project submissions, review comments, and approval follow-ups

• Managing online portals (Dubai Municipality portal, DCD portal, etc.)

• Tracking status of approvals and preparing necessary documentation

• Coordinating with consultants, site engineers, and project teams

• Ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards and regulations

• Assisting in NOC processes and authority inspections

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Requirements

✅ Must be currently inside the UAE

✅ Preference for employment / cancelled / residence visa holders (no visit visa)

✅ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in handling authority approvals and registrations

✅ Familiarity with DM, DCD, DDA, Trakhees online systems & procedures

✅ Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred

✅ Knowledge of MEP and construction-related documentation will be an advantage
