About the Role:
DVJahn, Inc. is a small but growing medical supply company based in Gurnee, IL. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Government Intake Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for government agency inquiries and manage the intake process. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Review, process, and track incoming orders
- Prepare and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
- Accurately enter client data into company software
- Maintain strict confidentiality and securely manage client records
- Act as the main liaison between government agencies ensuring timely and accurate intake processing
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, particularly with VA contacts
- Willingness and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Adaptable and capable of problem-solving in a dynamic environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
