Mannai Corporation is excited to announce the launch of a new specialized venture in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on the Heavy Equipment sector. As we expand our footprint in the Kingdom, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join our founding team.
Responsibility:
- Visa & Residency Management: Oversee all employee government transactions, including visa processing, Iqama renewals, and exit/re-entry procedures via Muqeem and Absher.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Saudi Labor Laws, HRSD regulations, and the Nitaqat (Saudization) program to maintain uninterrupted hiring capabilities.
- Automotive & Logistics: Manage customs clearance for vehicles and parts via ZATCA and handle all Moroor (Traffic Police) requirements, including registrations and fleet violations.
- Portal Administration: Act as the expert administrator for all essential government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad (WPS), and the Chamber of Commerce.
- Corporate Licensing: Direct the issuance and renewal of company licenses, municipal permits (Balady), and all official corporate registrations.
- Government Liaison: Serve as the primary representative to government authorities, ensuring smooth coordination for employee onboarding and external service requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the Automotive or Heavy Equipment sectors.
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and labor laws.
- Operational Track Record: Proven ability to navigate the unique logistics and customs requirements inherent to the automotive industry.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
