Role Overview
The Government Relations & Admin Officer will join our ACQ Middle East People & Culture team, serving as a vital link between the organisation and various Saudi government entities. This role provides comprehensive support in government relations, immigration, and office administration to ensure full compliance with local regulations and a seamless experience for our employees.

Responsibilities
Government Relations and Compliance:

Stay updated with the latest labour and immigration laws and regulations. Proactively communicate changes to the P&C team to ensure compliance.

Manage and track all governments portals such as Muqeem, QIWA, Mudad, MOFA, GOSI, Balady, MISA, SBC, MoC, among others relevant for company operations.

Act as primary point of contact with entities like MHRSD, GOSI, Jawazat, ZATCA, and Chamber of Commerce.

Coordinate with outside counsel and third-party vendors regarding immigration matters.

Communicate with various government agencies for document certification and coordinate with third parties on documentation needs.

Visit all government offices, semi-government agencies and banks, if needed.
Immigration and Employee Support:

Manage visa documentation for new hires, leavers, transfers, and renewals, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.

To be responsible for Human Resources government related tasks such as issuance of new work permits and Iqama renewals, issuance of Exit re-entry visas for employee, permits, and renewals for employees and their dependents; support employee onboarding/ offboarding government procedures.

Address staff inquiries regarding visa, labour, and passport matters, providing accurate and timely information.
Administration and Operations:

Support in procurement/stationary orders related to employees.

Other related tasks.
Qualifications and experience required

Citizenship:
This position is for Saudi nationals only.

Education:
High school diploma or Bachelor degree.

Experience:
3-5 years of solid experience in Government Relations (PRO/GRO). Experience within a multinational organisation is highly preferred.

Language:
Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English are required.
