The Role
  • Manage visa issuance, Iqama processing, renewals, and employee documentation • Manage interactions with government authorities including Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Civil Defense, and other regulatory bodies • Manage processes on government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Balady, Mudad, Absher, etc. • Maintain and track all government documents and company licenses • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant operations • Stay updated on new rules, laws, and procedural changes in Saudi Arabia
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Management or Business-related disciplines • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PRO/GRO in Saudi Arabia • Proficient in using government portals and e-services • Thorough understanding of Saudi labour law and regulatory environment • Provide administrative support to all team members • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) in English
