Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all interactions with government authorities to obtain, renew, and follow up on required permits, licenses, and approvals.

Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and government requirements applicable to company operations.
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all official correspondence with government entities.
-
Assist in processing visa, residency, and labor-related documentation for employees.
-
Responsible for
SADAD
payments, including government fees, fines, and official charges.
-
Manage and administer all activities related to
Muqeem platform
, including residency issuance, renewal, transfers, and updates.
-
Coordinate with
Tamm
(Traffic Department) for vehicle registrations, renewals, violations, and related services.

Handle all transactions with immigration including visas, residency services, and employee records.
-
Manage company accounts and services on
Balady platform
, ensuring municipality-related compliance and approvals.
-
Coordinate with Civil Defense
(Salama)
for safety certifications, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Manage and follow up on registrations and services through
Logistic Platform
(Ministry of Transport) to ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
