Government Relations Specialist

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate all interactions with government authorities to obtain, renew, and follow up on required permits, licenses, and approvals.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and government requirements applicable to company operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all official correspondence with government entities.
  • Assist in processing visa, residency, and labor-related documentation for employees.
  • Responsible for SADAD payments, including government fees, fines, and official charges.
  • Manage and administer all activities related to Muqeem platform , including residency issuance, renewal, transfers, and updates.
  • Coordinate with Tamm (Traffic Department) for vehicle registrations, renewals, violations, and related services.
  • Handle all transactions with immigration including visas, residency services, and employee records.
  • Manage company accounts and services on Balady platform , ensuring municipality-related compliance and approvals.
  • Coordinate with Civil Defense (Salama) for safety certifications, inspections, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and follow up on registrations and services through Logistic Platform (Ministry of Transport) to ensure compliance with transportation regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi government regulations, platforms, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with government authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance follow-up.

Education:


Bachelor’s or diploma degree in business administration or any related discipline.
