About the Role:
Culmen International is seeking a Government Travel Program Coordinator with government credit card experience to support our client onsite in Bahrain.
Candidates should be located in Bahrain.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:

Manages the Command Travel Card Program for staff and ship personnel.
- Serves as the Agency Program Coordinator (APC), providing helpdesk support and daily customer service.

Establishes and manages Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) accounts in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.

Reviews, approves, and oversees new card applications; updates and terminates cardholder access as required due to transfers, retirements, or separations.

Coordinates replacement cards and ensures DTS profiles reflect current GTCC information. Ensures completion of required Statements of Understanding and provides guidance on GTCC policies, roles, responsibilities, and proper usage.
- Acts as liaison among the financial institution, DFAS, comptroller, CTO Travel, and travelers to resolve discrepancies and disputes promptly and prevent account suspension.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience of strong working background knowledge as APC, strongly recommended.

Strong knowledge of understanding GTCC Account codes and policy.

Active Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- DTS experience is desirable.
