Senior Employee Benefits Associate

5-7 Years of Experience

San Francisco, Sacramento, San Rafael, Walnut Creek, Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Our Employee Benefits Practice Group has an immediate opening for a senior associate with 5-7 years of relevant employee benefits and executive compensation experience. Preferred candidates will have prior work experience in employee benefits and executive compensation, including all areas of retirement benefits, health and welfare, payroll tax and fringe benefit issues, and executive and equity compensation. This is a hybrid position based out of any of our California offices: San Francisco, Sacramento, San Rafael, Walnut Creek, Fresno, San Diego, or Los Angeles.

The annual base compensation range for this California position is approximately $210,000 to $240,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
