Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) with a specialization in Aesthetics to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of aesthetic procedures, have a patient-centered approach, and demonstrate strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' needs, medical history, and suitability for aesthetic treatments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and expectations.
• Administer injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, etc.
• Conduct skin rejuvenation treatments including chemical peels, laser therapies, microneedling, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Provide detailed explanations of procedures, benefits, risks, and post-treatment care.
• Ensure patients are well-informed and satisfied with treatment plans.
• Document consultations, procedures, and patient progress in compliance with clinic protocols and DHA regulations.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, techniques, and products.
• Follow all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and ethical standards in line with DHA guidelines.
• Monitor for and manage any side effects or complications.
• Work closely with nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic development initiatives.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns through patient engagement and professional advice.
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification in Dermatology (preferred).
• Valid DHA License to practice in Dubai (required).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a GP with a focus on aesthetics.
• Strong diagnostic, procedural, and patient management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
