1. Clinical Care

• Provide safe, gentle, and effective aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, peels, and laser procedures.
• Take time to understand each patient’s concerns, medical history, and expectations before recommending a treatment plan.
• Ensure every procedure is performed with precision, hygiene, and full attention to patient comfort.
• Monitor patient progress and offer clear, supportive aftercare guidance.

2. Patient Experience

• Create a welcoming, reassuring environment where patients feel heard and valued.
• Explain treatments in simple, honest language — what they do, what to expect, and how to care for the skin afterward.
• Build trust through transparency, empathy, and consistent follow‑up.
• Handle concerns or complications calmly and professionally, ensuring patients feel supported at every step.

3. Compliance & Safety

• Follow all DHA regulations, clinic protocols, and scope‑of‑practice guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including consents, treatment notes, and before/after photos.
• Stay updated with safety standards, infection control, and reporting requirements.

4. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with nurses, laser therapists, and front‑desk teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Participate in daily briefings and share insights that help improve patient care and clinic operations.
• Support the team with a positive, cooperative attitude and contribute to a healthy work environment.

5. Treatment Planning & Clinic Growth

• Recommend treatment plans that genuinely match patient needs and goals.
• Contribute to clinic revenue ethically by offering suitable add‑on or follow‑up treatments.
• Maintain strong consultation‑to‑treatment conversion through trust, clarity, and professional guidance.

6. Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with new techniques, injectables, and global aesthetic trends.
• Attend trainings and workshops to refine skills and maintain a polished professional image.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
