GP Dentist With Orthodontics Experience

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dentist cum Orthodontist to join our medical center/clinic. The ideal candidate will be able to perform general dentistry procedures while also providing orthodontic treatments. The role requires strong clinical expertise, patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
• Diagnose and plan orthodontic treatments for patients of all ages.
• Provide orthodontic services such as braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other corrective appliances.
• Create customized treatment plans based on patient dental and jaw alignment needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and orthodontic care.
• Work collaboratively with other dental and medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, DHA regulations, and infection control standards.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to support long-term care and follow-up.

Requirements

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a General Dentist or Orthodontist.
• Degree in Dentistry (BDS/MDS) with recognized orthodontic certification or specialization.
• Minimum 2–3years of clinical experience; UAE experience preferred.
• Strong orthodontic treatment planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
• Ability to work full-time or part-time as required by the clinic.
• Candidates with an existing patient base are preferred.
• Must be efficient to perform Root canal treatments and repeat root canal treatment without supervision.
• Must be comfortable with basic restorative work.
• Should be able handle patients skillfully and with utmost care.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital dentistry and orthodontic software.
• Expertise in clear aligner systems (e.g., Invisalign, ClearCorrect).
• Strong aesthetic dentistry skills.
• Commitment to high clinical standards and patient satisfaction.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have an existing patient base and can bring their own following upon joining.
• The clinic will also provide access to its current patient pool.

Must be a TEAM PLAYER

Tagalog Speaker is preferred.
