Job Title: Homeroom Teacher (HRT)Location: TIPS Main Campus, VattinagulapallyPosition Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a class as the Homeroom Teacher, overseeing academic and personal development.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans, activities, and workshops to engage and support student learning.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with the teaching team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience or fresher’s with strong subject knowledge.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate and committed educator with a student-first mindset.
• Ability to design and conduct interactive and engaging lessons.
