Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Grade 1 Teacher who can bring creativity, energy, and a deep understanding of pedagogy to their classrooms.

Grade 1 Teacher: Responsible for delivering a well-rounded curriculum that includes literacy, math, science, Islamiat and character education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans

2. Support and guide children’s social and emotional growth

3. Provide a welcoming, safe, and purposeful classroom environment

4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

5. Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with colleagues

6. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to reach all learning styles

7. Foster a love for learning and curiosity in every student

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline.

2. Experience working with children (at least 1 year).

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to work as a team player.

5. Passion for education and children’s well-being.
