Grade 2 mother teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mother Teacher for Grade 2 who can handle all subjects (English, Math, EVS, Hindi, etc.). The ideal candidate must be nurturing, student-focused, and capable of managing a classroom independently while working collaboratively with other faculty and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary educator and caregiver for all students in Grade 2.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects: English, Math, EVS, and Hindi.
• Design and implement daily lesson plans, activities, and assessments based on CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that supports emotional and academic development.
• Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and performance.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
• Participate in school events, workshops, training programs, and staff meetings.
• Use creative teaching methods, including audiovisual and digital tools, to enhance learning.
• Ensure students develop skills in literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and values education.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• D.El.Ed, B.El.Ed, or B.Ed with Primary Level Training.
• Qualified in CTET Paper I (Preferred or Mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in primary classes, preferably Grade 2.
• Excellent command over English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Pay: ₹17,832.36 - ₹40,365.72 per month
