• Create engaging lesson plans that make learning feel like play (shhh, don't tell the kids it's actually educational!).
• Foster a classroom community where kindness, respect, and collaboration thrive.
• Analyze data to differentiate instruction and meet the unique needs of every learner.
• Design a vibrant and inspiring space with meaningful displays and interactive learning centers.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators who are just as passionate about making a difference.

What you'll bring:

• A bachelor's degree and Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification.
