Grade A - Designer Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and design-oriented Architect to join our growing design team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative and technically accurate architectural solutions for a wide range of projects, including luxury villas, VIP clubs, offices, and hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural projects, from Concept Design up to IFT stage.
• Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD: Layouts, elvations, sections, details.
• Produce 3D models and renders with SketchUp and rendering engines such as Enscape, Lumion, or D5.
• Coordinate closely with interior design, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design consistency and technical integration.
• Maintain organized project files, CAD standards, and drawing documentation according to company protocols.
• Ensure that all drawings and deliverables comply with Qatar’s building regulations and authority requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Grade A - Qatar's engineers comitte ( UPDA )
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and rendering engines: Enscape, Lumion or D5.
• Knowledge in Photoshop,
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the regulations applicable for building design in Qatar such as: MM Baladiya regulations, Kahramaa, QCDD and Ashghal.
• Ability to produce accurate drawings, organize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills. Arabic knowledge is an asset.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Terms

• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 7 AM – 5 PM. ( with 1 hour lunch break )
• Location: Doha office (site visits may be required).
