Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Garde Manger Cook to lead execution on the cold station. This role is responsible for all antipasti, salads, crudo, and cold composed dishes — with a strong emphasis on detail, organization, and consistency.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands high-level execution and takes ownership of their station.

Responsibilities

• Execute all cold station dishes with precision and consistency
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked mise en place
• Uphold plating standards and presentation at all times
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of all ingredients
• Communicate clearly with chefs and team during service
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Assist with prep, station setup, and breakdown

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (upscale preferred)
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Experience with antipasti, salads, and cold prep
• Ability to work clean, organized, and with urgency
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
