Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Garde Manger Cook to lead execution on the cold station. This role is responsible for all antipasti, salads, crudo, and cold composed dishes — with a strong emphasis on detail, organization, and consistency.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands high-level execution and takes ownership of their station.
