Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grader machinery efficiently and safely on construction sites
• Ensure proper leveling, grading, and alignment as per project specifications
• Perform routine checks and minor maintenance of the grader machine
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for timely completion of grading work
• Follow safety protocols and site compliance regulations
• Maintain accurate records of machine usage and working hours

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience as a Grader Machine Operator in construction projects (5–10 years)
• Knowledge of grading operations, machinery handling, and minor maintenance
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to site rules
• Physical fitness and stamina for long hours on site

Preferred:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or road infrastructure projects
• Valid operator license or certification for heavy machinery
• Immediate joiners preferred
