Main Purpose of Role:
  • To work alongside the Senior Contracts Manager and support the MEA team (and wider Legal Team where necessary) on contract-related matters.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Regional Senior Contracts Manager in day-to-day activities as required
  • Keep the contracts register up to date
  • File electronic copies of any contractual documentation in the relevant contract folder
  • Coordinate issuance of the required insurance certificates for any new Projects as requested by Project teams
  • Prepare insurance undertaking letters to be issued to clients
  • Assist with the annual insurance renewal process
  • Maintain the insurance register
  • Assist with completing due diligence process for any new clients, subcontractors or agents

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain or equivalent professional qualification

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

  • MS Office applications
  • English language proficiency (oral and written)
  • Previous experience in contracts would be an advantage
