Main Purpose of Role:
- To work alongside the Senior Contracts Manager and support the MEA team (and wider Legal Team where necessary) on contract-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Senior Contracts Manager in day-to-day activities as required
- Keep the contracts register up to date
- File electronic copies of any contractual documentation in the relevant contract folder
- Coordinate issuance of the required insurance certificates for any new Projects as requested by Project teams
- Prepare insurance undertaking letters to be issued to clients
- Assist with the annual insurance renewal process
- Maintain the insurance register
- Assist with completing due diligence process for any new clients, subcontractors or agents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain or equivalent professional qualification
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
- MS Office applications
- English language proficiency (oral and written)
- Previous experience in contracts would be an advantage
