AESOM is hiring Graduate Design Engineers who are motivated to start a long-term engineering career in architecture, electrical, mechanical, or structural design. This position offers real exposure to U.S. and international design projects, guided mentorship, and a well-defined career pathway under a 2-year professional contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior design engineers in architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural drawings and models.
• Participate in design coordination, documentation, and quality checks aligned with international engineering standards.
• Contribute to AutoCAD, Revit, and related design tools for drafting, detailing, and revisions.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary design teams and learn project workflows from concept to delivery.
• Demonstrate consistent growth, commitment, and accountability throughout the 2-year employment contract.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in design engineering, modeling, and technical learning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to sign and honor a 2-year professional contract upon onboarding.
