Graduate Engineer

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will undergo structured training across various departments to gain practical experience and technical knowledge. The role aims to develop young engineers into skilled professionals capable of handling operational, technical, and project responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily engineering operations and support senior engineers in project execution.
• Work on assigned technical tasks including design, analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and process improvement activities.
• Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Learn and follow company engineering standards, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Support cross-functional teams in production, quality, supply chain, and R&D as required.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning modules to build technical competency.
• Take ownership of assigned mini-projects and deliver within timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams when required.
• Provide regular progress updates to supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹3,340,000.00 per year
