Graduate Engineer Trainee

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Trainees to join our Steel Division in the Construction Industry. This program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to project operations, production processes, and quality standards within the steel and construction sectors.

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction and steel fabrication projects.
• Support site engineers and supervisors in daily operations, material handling, and project coordination.
• Gain exposure to structural steel design, detailing, and quality inspection processes.
• Learn about safety standards, process optimization, and cost control in a project environment.
• Participate in on-site and off-site project meetings, documentation, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and quality control.
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives.
