Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) – Fresher

Role:
We are hiring B.Tech Mechanical freshers to support our machine efficiency, performance, and maintenance activities. The selected candidates will be trained to monitor, analyze, and improve machine running output.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in monitoring machine performance and efficiency on the shop floor.

· Support preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery.

· Collect and analyze machine output data for performance improvements.

· Coordinate with senior engineers for troubleshooting and technical support.

· Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

· Maintain daily records of machine efficiency and downtime.

Qualifications:

· B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher – Batch 2023/2024 preferred).

· Strong technical and analytical skills.

· Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance basics, and production processes.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
