Executive Business Assistant (High-Potential Role)
We are looking for a high-potential
Management Trainee
who will work directly with the General Manager to ensure the execution of the company’s strategic priorities, organize the executive agenda, and accelerate operational execution processes.
The purpose of this role is to optimize time management, ensure follow-up of critical actions, and establish a disciplined execution structure across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and optimize the General Manager’s daily, weekly, and monthly agenda in alignment with strategic priorities

Organize all meetings, prepare agendas in advance, and compile relevant documents
-
Actively participate in meetings, take structured action notes, document decisions, and follow up on assigned actions

Prepare executive-level presentations, analytical reports, and decision documents (advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency required)

Create weekly and monthly management dashboards; regularly report key performance indicators

Track tasks and project progress of managers reporting to the General Manager; flag delays and risks

Ensure critical company projects progress according to timeline and provide coordination support

Convert physical notes and fragmented information into structured digital systems; build a sustainable information flow structure

Establish and maintain task-tracking systems via Planner, TeamFlect, Outlook, or similar tools
-
Leverage AI and digital productivity tools to accelerate processes and identify automation opportunities
-
Conduct data analysis when required; prepare concise analytical summaries to support decision-making

Contribute to internal communication, reporting, and documentation standards

Protect the GM’s time by prioritizing effectively and minimizing operational distractions
Qualifications

0–4 years of experience (high-potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems, or related fields

Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365; strong reporting, analysis, and presentation skills

Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
