Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance with 5+ years of experience in the chemical or process industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and safe operation of mechanical equipment in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, pipelines, and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for shutdowns and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a chemical or process plant.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, static equipment, and utility systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and safety standards (e.g., HAZOP, LOTO).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
