Job Purpose
We are looking to hire ambitious fresh graduates under a centralized HR budget, with the objective of developing and placing them into permanent roles across the organization based on their academic background, capabilities, and business needs.
This role is designed to support Emiratization strategy by building a strong pipeline of future talent aligned with the company’s long-term workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Join the organization under the Emirati Talent Program managed by the HR department

Gain initial exposure to the business through structured onboarding and short-term
placements

Work closely with HR and department heads to identify the best-fit function based on:

Support assigned teams with day-to-day operational tasks and projects

Participate in learning initiatives to build technical and soft skills
