We're opening our first Graduate Development Program, SATEL Launchpad.

What This Is

4-month paid development program built to identify, develop, and place high-caliber graduates across SATEL's operational divisions. You will work inside a live system from Day 1.

How It Works

Every participant enters through the same gate.

Your first two weeks are an active evaluation period, structured, observed, and decisive. Based on your performance, attitude, and fit, you are placed into the unit where you will generate the most impact for the next four months.

Academic background informs the recommendation. Performance determines the placement.

Open Units

• Leasing Manage the tenant inquiry pipeline, respond, qualify, schedule tours, track conversion. You own the funnel from first contact to attended tour.
• Listings & Demand Publish and maintain property listings across all platforms, ensure 100% unit visibility, monitor lead volume, and support content delivery for active assets.
• Facilities & Services Execute and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests across residential assets. Track every open request, coordinate with vendors, and ensure units are ready within defined timelines.
• Resident Relations Manage daily resident communication, log and close complaints, conduct property visits, and detect early departure signals before they become vacancies.
• Customer Experience Handle all inbound service requests across channels, ensure response within SLA, and route issues to the correct team, nothing stays open, nothing gets lost.
• Revenue Management Collect daily performance data across all revenue units, maintain the division dashboard, and flag every deviation from target on the same day it occurs.
• Marketing & Growth Support content production, campaign execution, social media publishing, and lead generation across SATEL's marketing platforms.

Who We Are Looking For

1. Fresh graduates, any nationality.
2. English is a strong advantage
3. Result-driven, not routine-driven
4. Can take direct feedback and act on it immediately
5. No prior experience required, performance is what matters here

Program Terms

Duration: 4 months

Compensation: Paid monthly

Evaluation checkpoints: Week 2 · Month 2 · Month 4

Conversion to full employment: performance-based, not guaranteed
