</li><li>Investigation issues related to inward and outward payments and follow ups.
</li><li>Checking and following daily financial transactions in the Queue .
</li><li>After sales trxn (AST) for BB clients such as loan closure/early settlement etc.
</li><li>TTs processing, completion of TTs, cheque books, statements and follow ups.
</li><li>FDs, Business Online and request related to /follow ups.
</li><li>WPS registration &amp; Salaries and follow ups.
</li><li>Checking and following daily inward report.
</li><li>CSRs to work as backup in case assigned CSR is on leave or unavailable due to any reason.
</li><li>RMs are requested to attend urgent matters with other departments and CC- CSRs to follow up.
</li><li>Attending to and assisting customers.</li></ul></div><p></p>
