Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from the 2025 batch – Circuit branches who are eager to start their tech career with HCLTech. This role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies, real-time projects, and structured learning pathways to shape future tech leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E / B.Tech – Circuit branches (ECE, EEE, E&I, CSE, IT, Telecom, Electronics-related streams)
• Year of Passing: 2025 only
• Academic Score: Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th & B.Tech
• Backlogs: No active backlogs

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (C/C++/Java/Python)
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal abilities
• Team player with eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Key Responsibilities

• Work with experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and support software solutions
• Participate in technical trainings, workshops, and certification programs
• Contribute to coding, debugging, and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables
• Follow industry best practices and company guidelines
