Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the grain division, ensuring efficient and effective processing and management.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance division growth and profitability.

Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and Superior Ag policies.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and analyze data to make informed decisions regarding purchasing and sales strategies.

Prepare and manage the division's budget, monitoring expenses and optimizing financial performance.

Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of grain products.

Assess and mitigate risks associated with grain storage, handling, and transportation.

Collaborate with other divisions and departments to align goals and achieve company-wide objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in grain industry operations or management.
