Granite Countertop Shop Foreman

The core of this position involves efficiently managing fabrication processes and ensuring a positive customer service experience for each job. This includes accurately documenting the job process and certifying that all fabrication meets Lexmar USA’s quality standards and customer expectations.
Principal Accountabilities

• Directly reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet deadlines
• Efficiently managing fabrication processes, including interpreting drawings, estimating labor, and supervising staff
• Performing detailed Quality Control checks on installation packets, shop drawings, templates, and all finished jobs (inspecting materials, measurements, cuts, seams, and polish) before release to install crews
• Ensuring personal proficiency in all areas of the fabrication process (layout, sizing, profiling, polishing, sink/cooktop cutouts, etc.)
• Managing material receiving and inspection
• Maintaining all tools and shop equipment, including submitting requests for repair or new equipment as needed
• Ensuring safety policies and practices are strictly maintained by all shop employees
• Notifying the Sales Manager immediately upon work order completion to schedule installation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
