About the Role

Join a well-established, family-owned team dedicated to creating lasting tributes. As a Granite Memorial Engraver & Installer, you will be involved in the entire process of creating a memorial monument—from the initial stencil layout and sandblasting in the shop to the final installation across the state of Montana.

While we value experience in stone cutting & sandblasting, we are primarily looking for an enthusiastic individual willing to learn the craft; prior experience is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Artistry: Handle stencil layout, granite sandblasting, and the trimming, sawing, and coring of monuments.
• Field Work: Travel throughout Montana to safely transport and install granite memorials.
• Operations: Dig foundations, operate heavy equipment (forklifts & truck cranes), and manage cleaning and shipping tasks.

Requirements

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Mobility: A current Driver’s License is required for travel to installation sites.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with high attention to detail, while remaining a motivated and accountable team player.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work seasonal overtime to meet demand.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour with clear opportunities for growth.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
