As a Grant Writer for Brightview Care you will lead the identification, application, and coordination of grants, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines. Research and identify grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and submit grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents
  • Maintain a calendar of deadlines and reporting requirements
  • Research private foundations, corporate giving programs, and philanthropic opportunities that align with BrightView Care’s initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to gather data and program information
  • Track and report on grant outcomes and funding status
  • Familiarity with county and state application processes, public RFPs, and government funding guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements for Medicaid-funded and state-supported programs.
  • Exceptional writing, research, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in grant writing, preferably in healthcare or education.
  • Familiarity with county and state application processes, public RFPs, and government funding guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements for Medicaid-funded and state-supported programs.
  • Exceptional writing, research, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate clinical and programmatic goals into persuasive narratives
  • Familiarity with autism services, ABA therapy, or behavioral health is a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail

ABA therapy, grounded in the principles of Behavior Analysis, supports individuals with Autism in developing socially significant behaviors. Our team of highly trained BCBAs and RBTs works closely with parents to create customized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Services are available in-home, in clinics, and within the community, ensuring flexibility and accessibility to meet the diverse requirements of the families we serve.
