About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Grant Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing abilities, with a proven track record of developing successful grant proposals. This role requires working closely with management and project teams to identify funding opportunities, draft compelling proposals, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, and other funding organizations.
• Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with program teams to gather necessary information for grant applications.
• Maintain a calendar of deadlines and ensure timely submission of all proposals and reports.
• Track, analyze, and report on grant progress and outcomes.
• Develop strong relationships with funding agencies and donors as needed.
• Ensure all proposals align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and donor requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in grant writing with a successful funding track record.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of grant application processes and donor compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
