Position Overview
We are seeking a Grants & Financial Director to lead and manage the organization’s grant funding processes, financial planning, and compliance frameworks. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong financial expertise, grant management experience, and the ability to align resources with organizational goals. The Grants & Financial Director will play a key role in safeguarding Arnodva Org’s financial health and maintaining its reputation for excellence in nonprofit governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee grant administration, including applications, reporting, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support program objectives.
  • Monitor budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation across projects.
  • Collaborate with program managers to align financial planning with operational needs.
  • Prepare detailed financial and grant reports for donors, regulators, and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Oman’s financial regulations and international nonprofit standards.
  • Lead audits, financial reviews, and ensure accurate documentation of grant activities.
  • Mentor and guide finance staff in grant and financial management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in financial management, grant administration, or nonprofit finance.
  • Strong knowledge of grant compliance frameworks, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and grant management tools.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver under deadlines.
