The Grants & Incentives Portfolio Specialist is responsible to manage , analyze the portfolio of grant and incentive programs. As well as performing financial analysis, compliance, reporting, and supporting proposal development.
-Prepare and review grant & Incentives requests, draft grant & Incentives agreements and subsequent amendments, using the approved templates ensuring that all agreements and amendments are constructed and issued in line with EF legal and financial rules and regulations.
-Supports the operations team in reviewing grant budgets, and financial reports against approved budgets, to provide critical feedback.
-Resolve operational and process issues related to grant & Incentives management and refer complex issues as relevant to (supervisor and/or operational team) with recommendations for courses of action.
-Analyzing grant & Incentive budgets, tracking expenditures, preparing financial reports, and making recommendations for budget modifications.
-Ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines related to grant & Incentive programs.
-Assisting in the development of grant and incentives proposals and budgets.
-Planning, organizing, and prioritizing actions across grant & incentives portfolio.
-Working collaboratively with grant & incentives team and department head, and other stakeholders to manage grant Incentives programs.
- Education : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, economics or equivalent is required.
- Years of experience : + 2 year experience .
- Skills :Strategic and Business Planning, Building Strategic Partnerships, Opportunity Identification and Development, Information Systems Knowledge, Business Excellence.
